RDF Idea Browser for GI2MO

Posted By on July 2, 2010

GI2MO is not only about developing a data schema but also about finding use for it and investigating ways in which Semantic Web can help Idea Management Systems. Among that, one of our directions is to explore new exciting techniques to visualize Idea Management content interlinked with other data.

We present a small sneak peak of an Idea Browser done using the Flex framework. It is fully working based on a RDF backend and importing idea data from many sources to render it according to some customisable criteria (e.g. number of comments). The application was created by one of the students of UPM that participate in the GI2MO project – Fernando Tapia Rico.
